Low back pain is a common symptom among modern civilized people.It mainly affects middle-aged people and young adults of both sexes.People who work in a chair without exercising and those who regularly carry heavy loads are prone to have this complaint. We can hardly find a person who has not suffered from back pain at least once in his or her life.The causes of low back pain range from simple reasons like muscle strain to cancer of the spine and therefore back pain should not be ignored.The pain is felt in the lumbar and sacral region and may radiate to nearby sites.
